CR is calculated with usually 0,2mm planned Heads and 0,1mm planned Block (without planned Surfaces 10,7:1 CR)
Means they are already calculated to be used also with slightly planned heads or blocks - without the risk to get too much compression ratio.

The lower weight of these pistons (about -110g less) should be compensated by a special balancing of the crank.
This is also necessary with all other pistons which differ in weight to the series types.
